At this rate, I will weigh more than I did when I started this diet...gained another 2 ounces this week. I don't want to blame it on others, but I think I need to feel a little more feedback and support for this effort.
Chocolate Decadence (fundraiser for the Aphasia Center) is looming in two weeks. At least I won't have to feel guilty eating everything in sight because, obviously watching what I'm eating hasn't helped.
