In February, PARTNER and I bid on something at the Aphasia Center of West Texas' Chocolate Decadence. He was so moved by the item he said, "We have to buy that and donate it back to them."
The clients painted an entire set of plates and goblets. Unfortunately, some of them never got to see the dishes with the finished glazed. We returned the dishes to the Aphasia Center for their use and a had a party to celebrate the arrival of the dishes in their rightful and permanent home. Everyone pridefully showed which piece they had made.
Secretly, they started work on a thank-you project for us. As you can see by the photo, the result of their efforts was incredible. OUR dishes are now permanently ensconced at the Diamond B Ranch. Our thanks to all of you!
