I'm Not Alfredo No Ghosts

Try this ghostly and bewitching dinner for all your little goblins. I used a store bought roasted chicken, which made this dinner super quick and easy. It is warm and yummy! (You need two full jars of the Classico Alfredo for this recipe.)

Boil in salted water:
24 jumbo pasta shells
Cook for 14 minutes, then drain and rinse to cool.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the pan and filling.
(1) 15 ounce jar Classico Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Spread just enough sauce in a 9x13 inch pan to cover the bottom. Top with:
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Set aside.
Use the remainder of the sauce in the filling.

Filling:
leftover Alfredo Sauce
2 cups (8 ounces) Italian Blend Shredded Cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 chicken breasts (cooked and diced into 1/2 inch cubes)
1 onion (chopped and browned in butter)
1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Fill the shells with the filling and place (open side down) on top of the Alfredo/mozzarella base in 9x13 pan.
Layer shells if necessary.
Top with:
15 ounces Classico Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Then sprinkle over the top:
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I would have included a photo of this ghostly looking pasta, but all I have is a tiny dish with three leftover shells. (I understand the low fat Classico Alfredo is delicious, too.)
