A few weeks ago I watched a city crew called out to put a new tap in my sewer line. It was the same old story...men standing around or watching one man working at a task. It drove me crazy.
Then I realized that men have to put up signs because it is not obvious what they are doing. Women work all the time. They don't need signs.
